Boe and Pat Trosset, Pat Haynes, Jack Lamb
Dawn Patrol Pale - Mild yet complex pale. Subtle pineapple notes meld with slight spicy and minty notes from rye malt.
Bham Brown - True Brown ale with light body and big flavor. Malt forward but light and easy drinking.
Batch 15 IPA - Hazy, juicy IPA with big aroma and flavor. Unfiltered to spotlight raw organic hops.

Boundary Bay Brewing – est. 1995

IPA - A honey-amber colored India Pale Ale with good body, fairly strong alcohol content and an aggressive fresh hop quality.
Scotch - A hearty, deep red ale with just enough hops to balance the malt. Smooth and rich without being too sweet.

Pilsner - Golden, dry, sharply bitter, noble, flowery, snappy.
Kolsch - Very pale gold, lightly fruity, effervescent, intense clarity.

Transporter Porter - Soft and silky roast character, a touch of coffee, cocoa and toffee round out the aroma and flavor of this English Brown Porter (ESB).
Red Cap Red - Beautifully balanced Irish Style Red Ale. Carefully selected malts, combined with 3 hop varieties.
Bastard Kat IPA - West Coast IPA with prolific hop flavor and citrus notes from Cascade hops.

Shoe Toss Rye IPA - Golden orange citrusy IPA with crisp rye malt notes.
Bartender’s Favorite - “This is an excellent showcase for the light and refreshing touch of rye malt.

Wanderale Belgian Blonde - Belgian abbey yeast combined with imported malts and aromatic hops results in a flowery, earthy spiciness.

Elemental – Woodinville, WA
“Carbon” Semi-Dry - This Semi-Dry Hard Cider is a European inspired cider. The experience is crisp, clean and tart. This is the perfect cider to pair with any meal.
“Calcium” Blood Orange Infused - The Blood Orange Infused Hard Cider is rich and semi-sweet on the palate and produces a tart finish that dances on the tongue. The acidity makes this an easy drinking cider that is refreshing and light year round.


Washington Gold – Chelan, WA
Original - Pale golden with sparkling clarity and bright flavors, this semi-sweet cider is made from 100% fresh-pressed Washington apples. Subtle floral notes combine with a hint of vanilla bean and ripe apple, awakening memories of a fall day in the orchard.

Lost River • Winthrop, WA
The Lost River Winery, est. 2002, is a boutique, family-owned winery in the upper Methow Valley of Washington State.
Owned by Bellingham transplants John Morgan and Liam Doyle.



Western Red - Western Red is a Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon that celebrates the Western Red cedar trees that surround our winery along the Lost River in the upper Methow Valley. The name also celebrates the western-themed town of Winthrop where their tasting room is located and open to the public weekends year-round.


Pinot Gris - This wine exhibits aromas of citrus, pear and tropical fruits. The cold fermentation in stainless steel enhances the fruit character of this wine and the crisp acidity is balanced with a small amount of residual sugar.
Bartender’s Favorite - “Made from the same grape varietal as a Grigio, this versatile Gris is more full-bodied, richer, and spicier than its sweet cousin. The additional depth and complexity stands well on its own or paired with bold and complex pork, poultry, and seafood dishes.” – Captain Clark


Dynasty Cellars – Bellingham, WA
Born into a generations old wine making family in the center of Europe, their history with wine goes back to Roman Empire. With their passion and old fashioned approach to wine making, while utilizing newest techniques and research they are dedicated to crafting big robust red and aromatic white wines.

Irresponsible Red – A dry, fruit forward red blend, with smooth tannins and long smoky/chocolate finish. Light enough to pair with pastas and white meats but great with beef.

Traditional Spanish Sangria - House Made Red or White
A classic spanish wine cocktail, our house sangria is a delicious all season treat, but especially hits the spot during the warm spring and summer weather. We start with a red or white wine specifically chosen to pair with a seasonal blend of fruits and berries, and finish it off with a touch of traditional Spanish sparkling wine (Cava) for slight effervescence.
